Who we are
Solvex is responsible for the personal data collected on this website (solvex.work). Our products — such as Radar — have their own privacy notice, shown when you sign up; see Radar's privacy notice. To reach us about privacy, use the contact form.
What you choose to share
The contact form collects your name, email address, area of interest, message and, optionally, your company. Applications can also include your location, a portfolio link and an optional PDF CV. DUO48 update requests collect your name and email. Please only include what is relevant to your request.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use inquiry details to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal (steps you asked for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying). We use application details to assess your profile for opportunities, and DUO48 requests only to tell you about the first edition — both with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Submitting a form never subscribes you to marketing.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Submissions, including CV files, are stored in the website's own database on Microsoft Azure in the EU (North Europe), separate from our products' data. Only Solvex staff signed in with a Solvex Microsoft account can open them. Our service providers are listed on our security page; none of them may use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last conversation, applications for up to 12 months (longer only if you ask to stay in our talent pool), and DUO48 requests until the first edition has taken place. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and the EU GDPR, you can ask what we hold about you, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent. Write to us through the contact form with your submission reference if you have it; we answer within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local data protection authority.
Illustrative imagery
Office, culture, sports and workshop imagery is concept visualisation, not documentation of real events or premises. Product screens on this site are illustrative and contain no real customer or employee data.
